HOW TO purchase
Choose one of the following options to reserve your seat(s):
Option 1: Pay online on the home page of our website at www.bgcsnok.com. Don't forget to call us and let us know whose name's will be covered by your payment!
Option 2: Call us at (405)746-2818 to reserve your seat and pay directly over the phone.
Option 3: Email Shaina Moon at bgcceo@hasnok.org and specify the number of seats you need to reserve and the names included in your reservation. Resrvation is not considered complete until payment is received in-person or online at www.bgcsnok.com.
Option 4: Purchase a seat in-person by visiting the Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon - Fri.
Option 5: Mail your payment to BGCSNOK at P.O. Box 1493, Wewoka, OK 74884 (Don’t forget to call to reserve your seat and provide attendee names!)
RSVP's are not considered complete until payment is received. We can not guaruntee you a seat until payment is made. Please kindly complete your RSVP by September 9th, 2024 to allow us to prepare accordingly.

Platinum Level Sponsorship - $2,000

Gold Level Sponsorship - $1,000
Includes one table for eight, table signage, logo incorporated into the program video, and two commemorative t-shirts. Gold Sponsors are golden!
Silver Level Sponsorship - $500
Includes one table for eight, table signage, and logo incorporated into the program video. Sparkle with a Silver sponsorship!
Tables are available for $250 and seat eight people.
Individual tickets are available for only $35.
